A love letter to Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe gets under your skin. It is the roar of the Falls and the hush of the bush at dawn, dry grass glowing in long golden light, and the call of a fish eagle carrying across the river at the end of the day. It is a place you feel as much as see.
Manswane Safari Collection was founded by Tyron Hurst and me, Demi Lee Hurst. Tyron is a professional guide, and I was a lodge manager. Guiding and lodge life are what brought us together.
We wanted travel in Zimbabwe to be experienced from a Zimbabwean: with the warmth, patience and pride of people who call this country home, and who know its quiet corners as well as its famous wonders.
Manswane means Honey Badger, and we like to think we carry a little of its spirit: tenacious, curious and unafraid to go the extra mile for the people we look after. We would love to show you Zimbabwe.
